NRP 46 Forum
Implants and Transplants

Achievements - Trends - Perspectives

2005 will see the official end of NRP "Implants and Transplants", made up by altogether 39 projects. To give all the scientists and academics involved a boost the Steering Committee decided to invite international specialists in the fields of stem cells, tissue engineering, tolerance and rejection and from the Humanities and Social Sciences on the one hand to discuss the results presented by the teams, on the other - and more important still - to give an overview of the latest developments and to put the results in perspective of the trends in these fields.

The NRP 46 Forum is open to all interested scientists and academics and offers a unique chance to keep abreast of international trends in transplant and implant technology in a minimum of time, to meet top experts in these areas and to exchange and test ideas in a stimulating atmosphere. The Forum is structured as a series of five independent conferences, all closely linked to NRP 46, that can be attended individually.
